All bookings are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Variation to the Terms and Conditions may be made from time to time and if you agree to use any of our services you agree to our terms and conditions
- The Client bears full responsibility for any harm, loss, or damage caused by their dog while under the care of Everypawdy or using any other services provided by Everypawdy, and agrees to indemnify Everypawdy fully against any liability arising from such harm or damage to third parties.
- The Client acknowledges that, in admitting their dog, Everypawdy has relied on the representation that their dog is in good health and has not caused harm or displayed aggression or threatening behaviour towards any person or other dogs.
- All dogs must undergo an initial assessment by Everypawdy staff before using Everypawdy Services. Everypawdy reserves the right to refuse entry to any dog that is, or might be, deemed dangerous or disruptive at its sole discretion.
- Everypawdy offers services involving group dog socialisation, and the Client accepts that during play, their dog may sustain injuries. All play is carefully supervised to prevent injury, but scratches, punctures, torn ligaments, or other injuries may still occur despite vigilant supervision.
- Dogs will only be allowed off the lead once an ‘off the lead consent form’ has been signed, subject to the discretion of Everypawdy’s staff.
- The Client agrees to take all necessary measures to ensure their dog remains free of contagious, infectious, or otherwise communicable diseases. The Client also agrees to notify Everypawdy immediately if their dog has been exposed to or affected by any infectious or contagious disease, including but not limited to: Distemper, Hepatitis, Kennel Cough (Bordetella), Parvovirus, Coronavirus, worms, Lyme disease, Fleas, Pregnancy, Infectious Skin Diseases, and Intestinal Parasites. Everypawdy reserves the right to refuse admission until it is satisfied that the condition has been resolved.
-We request a collection time tolerance of a maximum one-hour window. This is necessary because our walkers rely on public transportation, which unfortunately does not always operate as smoothly as we would like.
We understand the importance of timeliness and want to assure you that punctuality remains one of our top priorities.
Our walkers are instructed to communicate any delays to our clients through our WhatsApp group.

Charges
- We cannot accept bookings for badly behaved or aggressive animals. Everypawdy may terminate an engagement immediately if it is reasonably believed that a Pet is badly behaved or aggressive towards humans, animals, or property. You will be liable if your pet injures a third party, damages property, or injures another dog.
- Proof of vaccinations is required. Kennel cough vaccination is compulsory.
- Please note that the Control of Dogs Order 1992 mandates that any dog in a public place must wear a collar with the name and address, including postal code, of the owner engraved or written on it or engraved on a tag, whether the dog is chipped or not.
- It is the owner's responsibility to ensure that our admin team holds their correct details, as in the unlikely event that your dog is lost, we would be unable to locate or retrieve it if the details we hold are not the same as those held by our admin team.
- You must ensure that your pet is in good health, free from fleas, and adequately wormed. If Everypawdy believes that your pet is not in good health, we reserve the right to seek veterinary advice on your behalf, and you will be liable for the veterinary fees.
- If necessary, your animal will be taken to a veterinary surgeon. You are responsible for any reasonably incurred fees during your absence or the course of an assignment.
- Owner undertakes to disclose fully any qualities or characteristics that might make your dog unsuitable for walks, including behavioural or health issues, anti-social behaviour such as aggression, incontinence, lack of house training, or excessive barking or whining. Failure to disclose any matter that might render the dog unsuitable will be deemed a material omission and a breach of our agreement.
- All efforts will be made to contact the owner in an emergency. We recommend owners provide a trusted third party's contact number should we be unable to make contact. However, we reserve the right to make decisions regarding your dog’s health based on their best interests and veterinary advice. Owner is responsible for paying any veterinary fees incurred by us.
